My college experience may differ from others. I take 15 credits, am apart of an organization and work 25-30 hours/wk at a restaurant job. In addition to that, I run this blog beside my mother AND now do weekly vlogs. I aim to workout for an hour 5 days a week while trying to maintain a social life and get an adequate amount of sleep. Since my class schedule is all over the place, here is an example of a day in my life. On other days I may have meetings for my organization, events to work, group projects to work on, I might go to the club on a Tuesday night, etc. But this is a peak into, specifically, my Thursday’s.
7:00am. Alarm goes off. Snooze once or twice, then finally drag myself out of bed.
7:15am. Groggily sitting in an unmade bed, sipping coffee, scanning my agenda for today’s schedule and thinking about all the sh*t I have to do. Start stressing.
7:30am. Check the blog Instagram, blog stats, check personal social medias.
8:00am. Breakfast. Usually oatmeal.
8:30am. Start getting ready for the day. Hair, makeup, outfit. Tidy up room really quick.
9:00am. Pack snacks for the day, pour some coffee into a to-go mug.
9:15am. Leave for class.
9:30am – 4:45pm. Classes. In between eat snacks, if possible stop at the Starbucks and grab an iced coconut latte.
5:00pm. Get back home, shovel in some dinner and change for work.
5:15pm. Leave for work, finish eating dinner on the way there. Throw a protein bar in my apron for later.
5:30 – 10:00pm. Work
10:00pm – Midnight. Homework. If no homework, blog work. Or come home and just pass out until my alarm goes off at 7:00 again tomorrow morning.
